DESCRIPTIONS & SCHEDULE
 


Boxing Conditioning Workout

Peak you conditioning with lots of jump rope, heavy bag work and partner drills along with plyometrics, agility and speed drills plus strength and flexibility training.
M/W/F 12:30-1:30 pm; M/T/W/Th/F 5-6 pm
M/T/W/Th 7-8 pm; Sat 12-1 pm
 

Boxing Sparring / Fighters Training

For those interested in Boxing for competition.  Coach/Trainer Tom DiFrancesco has trained world class fighters and can prepare you for an Amateur to a Professional level of competition.  You must pass a skills test to participate.  Not for beginners

Monday & Wednesday 6-7 pm
 

Muay Thai Kickboxing

Learn and train in the 8-weapon fighting system known as Muay Thai (Moo-ee Tie).  Punches, Elbows, Knees and incredibly powerful Kicks along with Clinch Drills, Sparring and lots of conditioning.
Tuesday & Thursday 6-7

Wrestling

Learn Wrestling Basics with a focus on Takedowns and Defending against Takedowns under the instruction of former Poway HS & College Champion Andy Kim.
Wednesday 5-6 pm
 

'With Gi' Jiu Jitsu

Learn the complete system and earn rank thru Black Belt in the popular Brazilian Jiu Jitsu grappling and submission system the way it is recommended by top Jiu Jitsu experts, with a gi (uniform)
Tuesday & Thursday 6-7 pm 
 

'No Gi' Jiu Jitsu
Train in submission grappling for MMA
using this progressive Brazilian Jiu Jitsu method taught by Odie Neto.  Attire should be shorts and under-armour type shirt and barefeet.
Tuesday & Thursday 7-8 pm
 

All Range MMA Training

Train at all ranges in one class.  Only for those with training and experience at individual ranges.
Not for beginners.

Friday 6-7 pm

Personal
Training
30-min skill sessions with a qualified trainer / instructor in Boxing, Muay Thai Kickboxing,  Jiu Jitsu, Wrestling.  The fastest way to improve. 
Various Times Available Monday - Saturday
 

Open Mat

Unsupervised training only allowed with permission
from one of our Trainers / Instructors.
M-F 12-5 pm & 7-9 pm; Saturday 12-3 pm

 

Weight Room

Available during regular business hours.
Bring your own music & headphones.
